Terms and Conditions

Promotion

  1. Enter the promotion and complete qualifying conditions before the closing date of 10 December, 2024 (inclusive). Qualifying and verified entrants will go in the draw to win one of ten (10) signed Newcastle Jets jerseys. There will be ten (10) winners in total.

Promoter

  1. The Promoter is Inspirations Paint Stores Pty Ltd (ABN: 51 624 420 079) of 2a/274 Macquarie Rd, Warners Bay 2282 NSW, Australia.

Promotion Period

  1. The Promotion will run between 29/10/2024 and 10/12/24 (inclusive).

Eligibilitiy

  1. To be eligible to enter the Promotion, entrants must:
    1. be over 18 years of age;
    2. be an Australian resident;
    3. be a current member of Inspirations Paint’s loyalty program, Paint Club or willing to join.
    4. redeem their voucher on transactions $10+ at any Inspirations Paint store before Tuesday 10 December 2024.

Non-Eligibilitiy

  1. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, the Newcastle Jets, agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

Entry

  1. Entrants who are current members of both Paint Club and Newcastle Jets are automatically eligible to receive a $10 voucher;
  2. Entrants who join Paint Club between 3 November and 10 November 2024 using the sign-up code JETS24, and provide their full name, mobile phone number, and email address, will also be eligible and receive a $10 voucher;
  3. All entrants must redeem their $10 voucher at any Inspirations Paint store before Tuesday 10 December 2024.

Draw

  1. A representative of Inspirations Paint will assess all entries to ensure they meet qualifying terms. Ten (10) winners will be selected at random. The prize winners will be drawn on 12/12/2024 at 2.00 pm AEST. The draw will take place at Inspirations Paint’s premises at 2a/274 Macquarie Rd, Warners Bay 2282 NSW, Australia.
  2. This is a game of chance. The winners will be drawn using a random number generator.
  3. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize

  1. There are ten (10) Prizes to be awarded. Each Prize is a signed Newcastle Jets Women’s 2024-25 home jersey.
  2. The Prize is a gold jersey in whatever size is available. Winners will not get to choose which size they receive.
  3. Each Prize can only be redeemed by the Prize Winner as nominated on a winning entry form.

Prize Winner

  1. The Promoter will contact each Prize Winner by telephone on the 12/12/2024 to confirm their eligibility under these terms and conditions and to confirm whether the Prize Winner wishes to claim their Prize.
  2. Prize winners will also be published in an email sent to all promotion entrants.
  3. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and the Prize cannot be taken as cash under any circumstance.
