How To Revive Your Wooden Outdoor Furniture

Save money and get that finished project feeling. Here’s how you do it:

Step 1:

Hose down your piece of wooden outdoor furniture to remove any surface dust.

Step 2:

Combine 1 part Intergrain UltraPrep Timber Cleaner to 4 parts water and scrub timber vigorously with a stiff bristled broom. Leave the mixture on the timber for 10-15mins.

Step 3:

Hose the timber surface thoroughly and allow to dry completely. Trust us, this step will transform the surface so much and it will already be feeling fresssssh! 

Expert Tip - The cleaning process can raise the timber grain, so light sanding may be required before oiling your timber.

Step 4:

Stir the timber oil thoroughly before use with a flat blade stirrer. Don’t shake it. If you open the can to bubbles, you will need to wait until they disperse before you apply the oil. 

Step 5:

Using a paint brush, apply 1 coat of oil to your timber.

Step 6:

After 30-60mins drying time, wipe off any excess oil with a dry cloth.

Step 7:

Allow to dry for 24 hours before applying a second coat.
